Voice Lessons FAQ

How often should I take voice lessons?
Great question! When pursuing lessons, it's important to be consistent. Just like the rest of our bodies, our voices need consistent training and practice. Know that feeling when you go to the gym and its been a while.. okay.. maybe a long while..? It's hard to warm those muscles up. We might feel stiff and tired. Our voices behave the same way. If we stay consistent, develop routine, regular practice and effective vocal hygiene and habits, we will notice a huge difference in our performance. Exciting stuff!
What do we work on in lessons?
My lessons are designed to meet the goals and needs of each individual student. There is no lesson "formula". Instead, we get specific with YOUR goals as a singer, performer and artist.
What ages do you teach?
I believe that music education can start at a young age. Not sure if your child is old enough to get started? Send me a message.

Just discovering a passion for singing or want to try something new as an adult? Lessons are a great way to invest in yourself and learn a new skill. You are NEVER "too old" or "too late" to start lessons. Did I emphasize NEVER? Always invest in yourself. You are so worth it.

Do you offer vocal coaching? I just have one song that I need help with.

Yes! Coachings are designed to address vocal or acting challenges within a specific song. When coaching a song, we'll troubleshoot and find ways to navigate through those tricky spots and help you gain confidence for your performance or audition. Coachings are short term and dedicated to a specific song or challenge, whereas voice lessons are longer term and consistent.
